TwoThreeKicks is a sneaker and streetwear shop inside Next Level Barber Studio, 14010 Pebble Hills Blvd Ste 102, El Paso, TX 79938. This page explains what this website collects, why, and who else sees it. Short version: we only use your info to sell you a pair. We don't run ad trackers and we don't sell your data.

What this site collects

• Your bag. What you add to your bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.
• Your motion setting. If you pause the animations, your browser remembers it. Nothing is sent to us.
• Checkout. When you pay, you go to Square's secure checkout. Square collects your name, email, card details and, if you choose shipping, your address. We get your order, name and contact details so we can hand over or ship your pair. We never see or store your full card number.
• Orders by Instagram DM. If you order through Instagram instead of paying online, you send us your name, phone number, order and, for delivery or shipping, your ZIP code yourself. We use it only to handle that order.

What this site does not do

• No advertising pixels (no Meta Pixel, no TikTok pixel) and no Google Analytics.
• No selling or renting of your personal information, and no sharing it for targeted ads.
• No marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Services that help run the site

• Square handles payments and receipts. See Square's privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
• Netlify hosts the site and, like any web host, keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security.
• Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Instagram carries any DM you choose to send us. Instagram's own privacy policy applies there.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for the sale, returns, and our tax and accounting obligations. You can clear your bag any time by removing the items or clearing your browser data.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for a sale or the law. Message us on Instagram at @two.threekicks (opens in a new tab) and we'll answer within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Kids

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top.
